I kindly ask to you to complete a COVID pre-consultation form prior to your appointment. All information is stored securely in line with GDPR policy. Once you have received this you will receive a text prior to each appointment.
COVID-19 SALON GUIDELINES
Please arrive on time for your appointment as there is no waiting area. Please do not arrive earlier. I will text you if I am running late.
Please limit personal belongings to essential items where possible.
Hand washing is required upon your arrival.
The NHS QR code is available to scan on arrival. Please ensure you have the app downloaded. All your information is kept for my records in the event of track and trace.
Masks will be required on your visit. These can be removed for any treatment involving the face.
All equipment and work areas are thoroughly cleanser and disinfected regularly.
Please cancel your appointment and rearrange if you are feeling unwell.
Clients are required to visit the salon for a patch test 48 hours prior to any tinting or lash lifting treatment. Please book this in as an appointment.
Please give 24 hours notice where possible
Appointments can be cancelled in advance by telephoning the salon, via email or any of the social media platforms. Please give as much notice as possible so that I have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client. I understand that sometimes emergencies happen, however please be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice I will request a non-refundable full payment to secure your next appointment.
Gift vouchers are available to purchase. They are redeemable against any treatment or retail product. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
I accept Card, cash and BACS at time of treatment.
All information is securely stored and protected in line with the current GDPR Policy. Any information or documentation stored by Skin Coach is secure and will not be given to any third parties. I may require to use photos for marketing however this will be agreed by the client beforehand.
